一种电镀集控区混流废水的资源化回收处理方法

Abstract

The invention relates to a recycling and processing method of an electroplating concentrated control zone mixed flow waste water resource, comprising the following steps: firstly, adding excess medicament with a principal component of H2O2 to the electroplating mixed flow waste water with the pH value of 1.5-2.5, reducing the sexavalent chrome to trivalent chromium, and breaking the complex compound of copper and nickel; secondly, adjusting the pH value of the electroplating mixed flow waste water to 3.8-4.0, and separating the sludge; thirdly, adjusting the pH value of the electroplating mixed flow waste water to 5.7-5.9 for completely breaking cyanogen, and separating the sludge; then adjusting the pH value of the electroplating mixed flow waste water to 9.7-9.9, and separating the sludge; finally, realizing that the effluent water reaches the standard to be discharged or recycled through coagulation absorption and filtration when the pH value is lowered to 7.8-9. The recycling and processing method adopts the medicament with a principal component of oxydol, and thus the cost is reduced greatly. The recycling and processing method has the advantages of simple operation and convenient management, realizes maximization resource recycle and reaches a waste water discharging standard.
本发明涉及一种电镀集控区混流废水的资源化回收处理方法,首先在pH为1.5-2.5的电镀混流废水中加入过量的以H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>为主要成份的药剂,将六价铬还原成三价铬,并对铜与镍的络合物进行破除;然后调整电镀混流废水的pH值到3.8-4.0,分离污泥;再调整电镀混流废水的pH到5.7-5.9进行完全破氰,分离污泥;再调整电镀混流废水的pH至9.7-9.9,分离污泥;最后通过混凝吸附、过滤,同时降低pH值至7.8~9实现出水达标排放或回用。本发明采用以双氧水为主要成份的药剂,大大降低了成本,该方法操作简单,管理方便,达到了最大化回收资源,能够达到废水排放标准。
