Abstract

本发明涉及煤焦油加工废水处理回用技术领域,特别涉及一种煤焦油加工废水处理回用的方法,其特征在于,是包括预处理、生物处理和后处理的组合工艺方法,其中具体包括如下工艺步骤:1)预处理设备包括隔油池、气浮池和水解酸化调节池依次连接而成;2)生化处理设备包括短程硝化池、厌氧氨氧化池和好氧生物炭池依次连接构成;3)后处理出水水质COD<70mg/L、SS<1mg/L/、色度<15倍。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在调节池内完成水解酸化,提高了废水的生化性。将短程硝化池、厌氧氨氧化池与好氧生物炭池有效组合,强化了生化处理;既解决了煤焦油加工废水出水达标难的问题,又达到了回用的目的。
The invention relates to the technical field of coal tar processing wastewater treatment and recycle, in particular to a method for treating and recycling coal tar processing wastewater. The method is characterized by being a combined technological method including pretreatment, biological treatment and post-treatment, and comprises the processing steps that: 1) a pretreatment device comprises an oil separation tank, a gas flotation tank, and a hydrolysis and acidification regulation tank connected in sequence; 2) a biochemical treatment device comprises a short-range nitrification tank, an anaerobic ammonium oxidation tank, and an aerobic biological carbon tank connected in sequence; and 3) for the water quality of the discharged water after post-treatment, the COD is lower than 70mg/L, SS is lower than 1 mg/L, and chrominance is less than 15 times. Compared with the prior art, the method of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the biochemical property of the waste water is enhanced by finishing hydrolytic acidification in the regulation tank; and the biological treatment is strengthened through an effective combination of the short-range nitrification tank, the anaerobic ammonium oxidation tank, and the aerobic biological carbon tank; the problem that the coal tar processing wastewater is difficult to reach the standards is solved, and the purpose of recycling the wastewater is achieved.
