Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种等离子焊与钨极氩弧焊组合焊接装置,它包括可水平移动的调节滑架、可升降地设置在调节滑架上的等离子弧长跟踪滑架、与等离子弧长跟踪滑架相固定连接等离子焊枪,它还包括位于等离子焊枪后方的钨极氩弧焊枪、与钨极氩弧焊枪相固定连接可升降地设置在调节滑架上的钨极氩弧弧长跟踪滑架,通过将等离子焊与钨极氩弧焊相组合形成新的焊接装置,借助等离子焊穿透能力强的特点及钨极氩弧焊自由电弧有良好的履盖能力,从而达到正、背面成形美观的效果,且等离子焊枪和钨极氩弧焊枪同时焊接,等离子焊后的焊接余热可以为紧跟其后的TIG焊盖面减少能量,另外单道焊比双道焊可以节省一倍时间,提高焊接速度,从而大大提高生产效率。

The plasma welding and TIG welding are combined to form a new welding machine, the plasma welding has the characteristic of strong penetration capacity, and the free electric arc of the TIG welding has good covering capacity, so as to realize the effects on beautiful forms of front and rear surfaces. In addition, the plasma welding and the TIG welding are simultaneously welded, the welding residual heat after the plasma welding can reduce the energy for the following TIG welding cover surface, and the single-pass welding can save the half time than the two-pass welding, so as to improve the welding speed, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency.
