Abstract

本实用新型公开一种带阻扰孔的五边形单极化振子;通过优良的结构设计,设计五边形金属振子片以及外围设有半导体圈,以及金属振子片上的结构设计,其辐射信号流在金属振子片流向长度和速度都得到较大改善,通过大量计算机软件的仿真得出其具有工作频带达到了近3000MHz,完全满足4G对频率要求标准,相对带宽达到65.9%,且其具有良好的增益、前后比、交叉极化比特性。
Disclosed in the utility mode is a pentagonal single-polarization oscillator with restraining holes. According to the excellent structural design, pentagonal metallic oscillator sheets are designed and semiconductor loops are arranged at the peripheries of the sheets; and according to the structural design of the metallic oscillator sheets, the flowing length and speed of the radiation signal flow at the metallic oscillator sheet are substantially improved. With simulation of lots of computer software, the working band can reach 3000 MHz, so that the frequency requirement for 4G can be met; and the relative bandwidth can reach 65.9%. Moreover, the provided pentagonal single-polarization oscillator has the good gain, front-to-rear ratio, and cross polarization ratio characteristics.
